DARASUN

The Darasun mine is situated in the Chita Region of Eastern Russia. The Darasun project is situated about 260 km north of the city of Chita. The project includes three deposits: Darasun, Teremky and Talatui. Full 2005 year production is now estimated at 30,000-40,000 ounces. The project is developed by Highland Gold Mining, a mid-tier gold producer with significant reserves and strong growth profile. The company's assets are located in Russia.
